Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

All orders ship from California, USA.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $45 or more after discounts are applied, before taxes and any additional fees.

Discounts, promo codes, store credits, or other price reductions may lower your qualifying order subtotal. Your subtotal must remain $45 or more after discounts to qualify for free standard shipping.

For example, if your cart subtotal is $45, but a discount reduces it to $40.35, free shipping will not be triggered.

Taxes

Sales tax does not count toward the $45 free-shipping minimum. The qualifying amount is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, shipping charges, or other applicable fees.

Any applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on your shipping destination and applicable tax requirements. Taxes are collected through our Shopify checkout and handled in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, shipping method selected, and destination. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email when available.

Please note that once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. FreshEnough is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
