Refund & Return Policy

At FreshEnough, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order or requesting a return.

14-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible return requests within 14 days after your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase or order number

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval may not be accepted.

Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by FreshEnough, such as the wrong item being sent.

If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of the return label may be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

This fee helps cover inspection, handling, processing, packaging, and restocking costs.

The restocking fee may be waived if the return is due to our error, such as:

  • Wrong item sent
  • Item arrived damaged
  • Order issue caused by FreshEnough

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue, including the product, packaging, and shipping box when applicable.

We will review the issue and work to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened food or beverage items
  • Opened grocery items
  • Used items
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items

Because many FreshEnough products are food, beverage, grocery, or personal care items, opened items cannot be returned.


Best-By Dates

FreshEnough sells discounted products that may be close to or past the manufacturer’s printed best-by date.

A best-by date is a manufacturer’s quality guideline, not the same as an expiration date or safety date.

When available, best-by date information is shown on the product page or disclosed before purchase.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted solely because of a best-by date if the item was accurately listed, disclosed, or shown before purchase.


Sale Items and Discounted Items

Sale items, clearance items, heavily discounted items, and final sale items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue caused by FreshEnough.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item if eligible and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, PayPal, Shop Pay, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Refunds may have the following deducted:

  • Original shipping cost, if applicable
  • Return shipping label cost, if provided by us
  • 20% restocking fee, if applicable

Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned Packages

If an order is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, failed delivery attempt, or customer refusal, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, original shipping costs, and applicable restocking fees.

Refunds for returned-to-sender packages may be issued only after the package is received and inspected by FreshEnough.


Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been packed, labeled, or shipped.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. Proof of purchase is required.

Certain products may be excluded for health, hygiene, safety, or food-related reasons.
